Green hiking trail Nowy Targ os. Oleksówki – PTTK Shelter on Turbacz
The green trail is attractive for tourists especially for its views. Hikers can admire the panorama of the entire Tatra Mountains, part of Spisz, Czorsztyn Lake, and the characteristic silhouette of Babia Góra.
The trail is not technically difficult, but at its beginning, there is a steeper few-minute climb. It leads through forests and meadows where many huts have been built, serving the residents of Nowy Targ and the surrounding areas for weekend getaways.
An interesting tourist feature is the altar on Polana Brożek, built in the 1980s by the local host Stefan Mrugała. The monument - altar is dedicated to St. Maximilian Kolbe. The main element of the altar is three trees planted upside down, connected with barbed wire. In May, Saturday devotions are held here, and on Christmas Eve, a highlander midnight mass is celebrated by the fires.

Yellow hiking trail Nowy Targ os. Oleksówki – PTTK Shelter on Turbacz
It is characterized by a gentle and wide approach, it is often used by cyclists. One of the biggest attractions of Gorce - the Papal Chapel - is located along the yellow trail. It was built in 1979 - as the inscription says: "shepherds of Gorce - to the Shepherd of the World" before the visit of Pope John Paul II in Nowy Targ. Its shape resembles the Virtuti Militari cross, and its interior is dominated by patriotic symbolism.

Blue trail Nowy Targ Kowaniec – Koliba on Łapsowa Polana
A gentle trail for families with access to Koliba on Łapsowa Polana, where tourists can enjoy a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains and the opportunity to stay overnight and eat a meal.
The trail is about 1.5 km long. Walking time is about 25 minutes.
Red/Black/Blue Trail: Nowy Targ Robów – Koliba on Łapsowa Polana
The red trail starts in the Robów district of Nowy Targ and leads to Bukowina Obidowska. From there, turn left onto the black trail for about 1 km before switching to the blue trail, which descends towards Łapsowa Polana.

Black Trail: Klikuszowa/Nowy Targ – Koliba on Łapsowa Polana
Near the cemetery in Klikuszowa (along the old route of "Zakopianka" between Nowy Targ and Klikuszowa), enter the black trail and follow it for 4.3 km. Then, switch to the blue trail, which gently leads to Łapsowa Polana.
